The fires of Perch are being extinguished one by one. Perch is in an uproar and its superstitious denizens fear if the fires all go out, Perch will fall and everyone inside will die. Whether or not that is true isn’t the point. Unrest is only useful to the Ministry when the Ministry can control it. Find the perpetrator and put a stop to them before it’s too late.
Flaming Out is a Spire oneshot that takes place in Perch. It includes five NPCs, four locations and six suggested scenes.
Content Warnings
Flaming Out contains themes of civil unrest, conspiracy theories, genocide, heights, kidnapping, religion, rioting, and superstition.
